So, my last refill order for Lecithin, Walmart was out of stock of the brand I regularly ordered. I had used NOW products in the past and had great results with this brand. This order was no different, and honestly, it's better that the previous brand I was using, so I do recommend this product, and a little cheaper too ...
I really like the Now supplements and use several however this one I was unable to tolerate but the refund process was easy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few weeks of use, I noticed my overall well-being feels more balanced. I have more energy throughout the day and less fatigue. The softgels are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant taste. I’ve added this to my daily routine as a simple and effective support supplement.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The softgels are easy to take and don’t have a strong taste or smell. I’ve noticed subtle benefits like better overall balance and digestion, especially with consistent use. It’s not something you “feel” instantly, but more of a steady support supplement. Overall, it’s affordable, easy to incorporate daily, and a solid choice if you’re looking to support general health without anything overly complicated.
I bought these after reading a blog about foremilk/hindmilk issues. My newborn was having bright green poops, and her pediatrician was not concerned at all because she was gaining weight healthy. They told me it was probably something I was eating. I did my own research and thought she might just not be getting enough hindmilk, especially when I could see the way it settles in bottles in the fridge. I had the thinnest layer on top. I started taking this twice a day and within a few days baby's poop went back to mustard yellow. If I ever forget a few days I start to see the green come back. From what I gather this helps the fat in my hindmilk slip out of the ducts a little easier and makes sure baby's getting it all. Sorry for the long review, I just had the hardest time solving this issue and if there is anyone else out there like me I want them to hear this
I have been taking this vitamin for over a week now and I have to say that it has made a noticeable difference in my life. I feel more energized than ever and it has improved the quality of my life. This is an excellent supplement with noticeable improvements with benefits.
This supplement really helped me. I can see and feel the difference it has made in my life. I was in a very dark place when I tried it, unable to sleep, anxious and depressed without fail. Now, with this product as a constant source of vitamins, it is easy for me to stay on top of my game.
As a breastfeeding mum, lecithin is a life saver when it comes to blocked ducts. I used to have mastitis frequently with my no 2. Now with my 3rd baby, the lecithin worked super fast n well. 3 days after taking, my ducts were unclogged n milk flowed well after. Recommended for any breastfeeding mums to keep this in stock especially for the 1st 2 mths after delivery.
Some bottles of this product seemed to have leaking softgels. The contents, especially when getting to half of the bottle used, were quite damp.
As it was written before, SOY IS THE POWERFUL PHYTOESTROGEN and makes worse all of the hormonal issues like uteral fibroids, breast cysts, endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMS. In case of acne excessive estrogens convert to androgens in the presence of insulin and causes massive breakouts just in few hours after exposing. I used zinc as usual to calm my skin down. Don't recommend any soy containing supplements if you have hormones imbalance. I'll buy sunflower lecithin next.
