NOW Supplements are Great!
NOW supplements are always great. They are made in the US with strict QC requirement. I researched NOW several years ago and I have been buying their supplements every since.

Finally the right dose
My doctor recommended 1-2 mg of melatonin, but all the stores around me sell 3-10 mg. This product has the best value for getting me good quality sleep without exacerbating my hypersomnia in the mornings.

Stomach Pain
I can't use them. If you are sensitive to stomach issues I can't recommend because there is 100mg of Niacin added to these which can cause GI pain. When trying to sleep this is not productive. Melatonin on its own will not cause this issue.
