Great Night's Sleep
My husband has tried this product in the last 3 months and has found that it really helps with getting a good night's sleep. It seems he had to take it for a week or two before he noticed a real difference. He takes one a night, sometimes two if needed. He has tried other products but this one has helped more than any other tried.
