First Time Purchase
I bought this to supplement my mental health as Niacin has shown to be beneficial for those with depression. This will be my first time taking it so I don't know if the Niacin will help relieve my symptoms yet. As Zoloft has become less effective for me over the past 10 years taking it, I am ready to try an alternative treatment for depression.
