Excellent product and all vegan too!!
Have not had a bone scan to prove that this products works but it is one of the best sources of things we need for our bones. I have been taking it for a couple of years and it is easy to take and has the necessary nutrients. It is reasonably priced and vegan and I plan to continue taking. Thanks for a great product!! Bunte

i bought this product for the red algae, but each capsule carries about 250 mg calcium. Its a great supplement.

I used this to increase my calcium intake along with Vitamin K-2. It also has trace minerals. I like the NOW brand.

This is a keeper -- for sure!
I have been taking Red Mineral Algae for several years and I really like it. I like the fact that it is a capsule and not hard to swallow. I consider myself to be healthy and I research products prior to taking. This is my form of calcium. I would recommend this product to others.

Not happy with it now, maybe later.
I thought that it would of help for my bone density, but I still have pain from my bones after two weeks of taking it. I hope that it will help with my bone density soon, or I will have to look elsewhere. It doesn't make me sick is one good thing.
