I like now brand products and trust them. I think this soy isoflavones is a good deal, it's a large bottle and pretty affordable too. I wont buy again because I chose to do hrt instead but I think this supplement has a lot of value in perimenopause.

I first heard about this supplement from a doctor on the Zoe podcast discussing menopause. While she's generally not an advocate for supplements, she approved this one based on the science, specifically because it contains a high level of Genistein, which she recommended for effectiveness. I originally bought it to help balance my estrogen during my periods, not specifically for menopause. However, many reviews suggest it's great for reducing hot flushes. While it hasn't solved all my PMS symptoms, I've definitely noticed some positive changes. The tender breasts I usually get before my period are gone, as are the cracks in the corners of my mouth that I'd always get before menstruation. My hormonal headaches have lessened, and I've noticed a reduction in joint pain and general aches. For the first time, I really feel like a supplement is actually working for me, and I'm seeing tangible benefits. I'll definitely keep buying it and hope it continues to help reduce my symptoms.
