Mood Leveler
My husband and I have been using St Johns Wort for years. Once we ran out and he went a day without it (he takes it at breakfast, lunch and dinner). Boy, could we tell! He was grumpy and on edge. We won't be without it. Swanson's is a great value and it works!

Waste of money
These vitamins did absolutely nothing for me. Never even had the light sensitivity like it claims. They were green and tasted exactly like tea. I guess that's my fault for believing an unregulated vitamin could help with anything other than the placebo effect.
