Dr's Advise, for Better Results
I was taking 1000 IU with another brand, my Dr told me to decrease to 400 IU and reduce to 3 times daily instead of daily. I'm doing much better now.

Happy to find 400 iu capsules.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and can be overdone pretty easily, which is hard on the liver. I take one in the AM and one in the PM, to stay within dosage recommendations. So the 400 iu were the perfect size for me.

Sunshine in a Bottle?
I do not like to take large quantities of vitamins as it is better to eat healthy than rely on them. Being indoors more, this seemed necessary. This vitamin fit the bill.

NOW VITAMIN D-3 - 400 MG
Per our doctor's suggestion, my husband and I take Vitamin D-3. Even though we live in the desert and have plenty of sun, we are careful to not get too much sun. Lab work shows we are at the right levels of D-3. Husband takes one at dinner and I take three a day.
