Great taste. I just take 1/2 T per day.
I add this wheat germ oil to my daily salad instead of olive oil. It has almond taste. I like the content of this oil, which is free of any additives and it has naturally occurring vitamin E. It is also non-GMO. Overall I like this brand and I buy lots of products from them. Within few days I could feel deference on my skin. It is noticeably softer, and the soles of my feet feel great. I also add it to my dog food directly in his bowl.
I'm so glad I discovered the NOW Foods brand of Wheat Germ Oil! It has made a remarkable deference in the health and appearance of my darker skin and hair. Being a natural source of Vitamin E, it deeply nourishes and moisturizes, leaving my skin glowing and my hair shinier. The almond-like scent is a bonus. With its high wheatgerm content, it's my go-to body oil, wife likes it especially for those bikini areas.
There is appreciation for knowing different style of wheat germ style. Its good for using for teeth strength, magnesium and calcium works well, and with thiamine helps with working on procedure to nourish the regulatory idea of working together. I always thought wheat was really a fascinating thing, its like comfortable to feel that some stuff called germs dont have to be wrong in reliant factors.
Love Love Wheat Germ oil in this Brand. I always use this brand. Its pure and fresh. No fillers just wheat germ oil. Excellent source of Vitamin E which is beneficial for the whole body especially the heart. Taste is great too. Price is good for the quantity and quality is very nice.
this is a wonderful product with good quality ingredients. The taste itself is quite strong so I take the tbsp first thing in the morning with some honey. I also use it for my cat as part of their raw diet and have seen a lot of improvement in their coat and skin. This is a big bottle so it does go a long way if you use just a small amount every alternate days.
This oil is good not only to take by mouth but also good to put on the face. The quality is great, manufactured without tree nuts, yeast, corn etc. so the ingredients are only wheat germ oil. I think it also lowers the inflammation in the body because it has naturally occurring vitamin E.
This is by far the most disgusting smell I have ever experienced lol! I bought this because they claim it contains one of the highest SPF protection. So I only use it on my skin blended with other oils like raspberry seed oil, carrot seed oil - in a spray bottle. Works great! But if I put too much of this oil, the whole product smells like this oil, as it's the most dominating smell of all oils. I store it in the fridge.
I wanted to add more vitamin e to my diet along with omega 3 6 9 but didn't want to resort to taking separate supplements. Wheatgerm oil covers most if not all my bases. excellent for people battling dry skin conditions as it nourishes the body inside and out
This is a thick, dark, strong smelling and strong tasting oil. I add a tablespoon of this to my smoothie in the mornings and after the first sip, I wasn't sure I would be able to do each day, because it tasted vile. I think fish oil tastes better (and I don't like fish oil either.) I continued though and now I am used to the flavor, but it is awfully strong. I'm not sure if it's supposed to taste like it, but I don't think it's rancid. I was happy to find this here for a decent price. The quality seems right for what it is. The bottle is a nice size and easy to open and close.
