I love this product other than if you have it shipped they don't wrap it in bubble wrap so when I got my two pack the top jar, the lid was broken and it was all over in the packaging

Rating one star is to high!
I did not receive Noxema. I received two tubes of Neosporin instead. I sent e-mails two different times to EJT ONline and was told they would contact me within 48 hours. I have heard nothing from them. I don't want my credit charged for this order since I did not receive it. Can you do anything about this?
