I was absolutely amazed at how easy this is to apply and, more importantly, how easily the residue comes off after it dries! And the shine it leaves is beautiful! And, despite, how easy it is to use, it leaves a wonderful protective coating. I’m 80 years old and I used to have my local car wash apply paste wax yearly on my 2013 Honda Civic. With inflation, this no longer fit into my budget. I saw NuFinish advertised and thought I’d give it a try since my Civic hadn’t been hand waxed for a couple of years. It is parked under a carport but is constantly bombarded by New Mexico high desert dust blowing around. It took me awhile and I did a section at a time with numerous breaks in between. After all, I’m 80! The finish it left on my 10 year old Civic is wonderful! It’s been several weeks since I applied the wax and the shine is still amazing. Dust and rain water spots easily disappear with a quick going over with my California Duster! Take my word for it, this Nu Finish once-a-year polish will surprise you with its ease of application and excellent protection for your car’s finish!
It's very good. The reason I got this was for my aunt. Her car was (and still is) sun-faded, so I got this to put some luster back in her car. It helped a little, and on the parts that weren't sun-faded, it was amazing.
I just applied Nu Finish to my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. It's been many years since I polished or waxed my vehicles. I owned this vehicle for about 2 1/2 years. I noticed the paint has been deteriorating here in SW Florida. I trust that this will prevent further damage from weathering and UV rays.
I have been using this product since 1965 and for good reason it is still going on strong. If you start using this product on your car you will be set forever. You will never have to waste your time, energy and money on other cleaners, polishes and coatings to make you car look good. I use it twice a year. It is easy to put on and leaves you with a good shine. There are other products that may give you a shinier look, but from my experience, none that will provide you a lasting shine for even close to the amount of time as this one does. Occasionally I get carried away and try new products and I am still using this one 60 years later.
A mechanic friend recommended this and I’m impressed! Not sure about the “no rubbing” claim but 20 minutes and some elbow grease later, my parking lot hit and run scratches were gone!! 💪🏼
2003 Toyota 4Runner Black is shiny like a new penny!!!More elbow grease needed, though.Great on metal, not so good on plastic bumpers.Don’t get on rubber seals,it won’t come off.
Still as good as when my dad but a bottle of it in my hands and sent out to do his car in the '70s, easy and fast polish for paint jobs that are in good shape.
This is the best there is! (At a reasonable price). Suggestion: After a buff with a towel follow up with a dusting with a crumpled up paper towel. This really brings out the shine and will catch those small places that may have been missed by the towel.
We've been using Nu Finish for years and it's the best. It's easy on/off and the protection lasts a long, long time. I love how the water beads, and makes the car shine. It says it lasts once a year - but since we don't garage our vehicles, and the weather is getting harsher with climate change (sun seems way more intense) we use it twice a year in the Fall and again in the Spring to keep our rigs looking like new.
I bought Nu Finish for the first time in the 1990s when I purchased my first new vehicle. It worked very well, it kept the paint and finish looking great until I finally sold the vehicle in 2016. (I didn't need to use the Nu Finish every year, so the bottle lasted a very long time.) I bought a new bottle last week because there was an area on my current car that seems to be getting some wear and tear from the carwash. They may have changed the formula because no matter what I did, and no matter how many coats/layers I used, I kept getting streaks and swirls. I followed the directions, didn't apply it in the direct sunlight, etc. This week I got Turtle Wax Super Hard Shell Paste Wax, applied it over the same area of the car, and it worked perfectly.
