NuBest Joint Xtra, Daily Joint Support with Glucosamine, MSM & Turmeric, 90 Capsules

I think these supplements will help me strengthen my joints. I have arthritis so hopefully these will help with stiffness in My joints. I'll try to do a review in about another month to Track my progress.

I've been taking these daily for about a week. I have some stiffness and soreness in my elbows when I started, which was why I was interested in them. That has really improved. I can only attribute that physically to starting taking these. They have 1500 mg of glucosamine and also 100 mg of Turmeric (also with piperine from pepper which is important for turmeric absorption). That is what I look for in a joint health product. I have been pleasantly surprised with the results. The pills are large and you take 3 at a time, so you need to be able to easily swallow pills to take these.

This product has all the ingredients that I was looking for to help support my joints as I age. The combination of ingredients is the perfect recipe. The pills themselves are small enough that they are easy to swallow. The capsule makes it easy to swallow with just a bit of liquid. They also do not leave a bad after taste.

I usually take Walmart's version of joint supplement. I have been taking a glucosamine/chondroitin/msm supplement for a good 15 years. If I forget or run out for 2 or more days, my knees start throbbing. I tried this product because it not only has the 3 things I like, but other good ones as well. I took 3 tablets at dinner (serving is 3 tablets), the same time I always take my supplements. Easy to swallow (better than most) and no digestive issues. Sadly, after 2 days my knees were throbbing like I ran a marathon. The blend is very close to Equate's, but not quite the same. Not sure what is or isn't in NuBest that didn't work for me. I switched back to my Equate pills and started feeling myself again. 2 stars because they really are easy to swallow and no digestive issues. Worth a try for others. But they don't work for me (patella injury that I have had multiple arthroscopies on and arthritis in both knees).

This Joint Supplement is gluten, dairy, soy and gmo free which is great. The capsules are not the easiest to swallow because the coating is not the smoothest. I think they're working because my joints haven't been as stiff in the mornings as before, so Im going to keep taking these NuBest Joint Supplements.

So far I haven't taken it long but I can feel a bit of relief in my knees. So I am hoping if I keep taking it it will be very beneficial in the long run. The capsules are a bit big but they go down ok as long as you have plenty of water. I definitely recommend this item.
