So I have been taking this for a couple of days and when added to what I was already taking which is just plain gloucosamin chondroitin I can certainly feel a difference. My lower back does not hurt so much and my joints do not hurt as much. So pain, fluid and joints is what this good for. Definitely will be buying this.

I've taken a lot of supplements lately and sometimes I can tell after I finish off a bottle whether or not it was helping. This supplement I can tell is working because when I don't take it, my joints are noticeably achy. If you don't mind the large pills then it's a good product because the pills didn't stick to my throat or come open or dissolve early just went down smoothly.

I have alot of joint problems. Before 30 a nail technician who had taken some education on conditions of the hands and feet asked me "Do you have arthritis?" At that time I didn't but my hands hurt and my feet. I noticed after taking these about 2 weeks I wasn't having as much pain in my hands. They weren't as achy when doing simple things like holding my phone or laying on my hands at night. Such a relief! Everyone's different, but I do recommend.

I received this product a week ago and find that my hips aren't hurting as much. I find them easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I like that they are made with natural ingredients and I have seen no side effects. I look forward to taking longer and seeing more results. A great price compared to similar products. I've been taking these daily for about a week. I have some stiffness and soreness in my elbows when I started, which was why I was interested in them. That has really improved. I can only attribute that physically to starting taking these. They have 1500 mg of glucosamine and also 100 mg of Turmeric (also with piperine from pepper which is important for turmeric absorption). That is what I look for in a joint health product. I have been pleasantly surprised with the results. The pills are large and you take 3 at a time, so you need to be able to easily swallow pills to take these.

This Joint Supplement is gluten, dairy, soy and gmo free which is great. The capsules are not the easiest to swallow because the coating is not the smoothest. I think they're working because my joints haven't been as stiff in the mornings as before, so Im going to keep taking these NuBest Joint Supplements.
