OK
It seems fine overall, but everything is packed too tightly together. The silicone pieces are difficult for my baby to move around, so she wasn't very interested in it.

Buyer beware
For parent, please check all your toys before giving to your child. Despite Nuby being a popular brand , there is a lack of quality control. I have bought teethers from them before and they were all fine -- no bits or pieces missing but sometimes, extra silicone strands on the edges that you have to peel off. (machine probably didnt cut it from the mold cleanly) But, this teether had a broken piece on one of the keys -- giving me no confidence that it will stay intact when the baby chews on it. Also there was glue/sticky substance on a second key. Very disappointed. This was also in a sealed package. That's what you get when you send off all the manufacturing overseas.
