I bought this pillow in a king size too. It's very comfortable and keeps it shape. I haven't had any back or neck pain since I switched to this pillow. Being able to adjust the firmness with the zipper is a great feature. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

I suffer from arthritis in my neck from a previous car accident and have tried dozens of pillows in various shapes and sizes and always seem to wake up stiff and uncomfortable. I was excited to hear about this pillow and that it was adjustable- maybe something that could help! First impressions is that is pillow is really well made. I love the quilted appearance. It feels soft but has a solid base for support. If you unzip the outer case, you can sleep on a softer feel and when used over the pillow, you have a firmer pillow! How genius is that?? It is practically two pillows in one! The material inside the pillow seems to shape to your head and neck, creating a perfect sleep spot and provides the perfect amount of support. Another feature?? This pillow also has gel memory foam- no more hot pillow. Not even with the heater blasting- which is amazing- because, well, hot flashes and all. My last favorite feature is that this pillow is hypoallergenic and antimicrobial. This makes me feel great and is an added feature that I really love! All in all, this pillow is amazing. I love the two in one feature, the softness and high quality of the material. My only complaint is that I took so long to find this! I have been sleeping great at night since I have had this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok; I have never had any luck with cooling memory foam pillows. They are always too hard and hurt my neck. This pillow is fantastic!! If you zip it up it's firm, firmer than I would want to use. When you unzip it, it's so soft and comfortable! My head and neck feel great and add in the cooling effect and I end up with the best nights sleep!!! The queen size is perfect. I'm a side sleeper and I can adjust my position over and over and it's always perfect! I will definitely be getting more of these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this pillow for exactly 1 month now and it is very supportive. It's very firm and definitely works great for a side sleeper. My wife is a stomach sleeper and sleeps with one arm under her pillow, this pillow is way too firm for her. I really like it though! My only downfall is that I don't feel like it's super breathable and not “cool”. However, it hasn't bothered me and been “hot”. I enjoy this pillow and definitely recommend it for a side sleeper.

It's ok, but not great. I want a very thick, very firm pillow. The firmness is good, but it's not thick enough. The fill tends to bunch up against the headboard, leaving it too flat where I put my head. According to my smartwatch, my overnight stress is lower than with my old pillow, which is good, but I'll occasionally wake up with neck and shoulder soreness. The hunt for my perfect pillow does not end here.

i bought this Novaform pillow because I have their 10" adavanced support mattress and love it, the perfect balance of firmness and comfort. i have bought said mattress for every bed in my house. This pillow, though? Had a couple days and so far not liking it. Material inside doesnt seem to be conforming very well, like sleeping on an inner tube or something. Hope it improves but not looking so hot. I also would not describe this pillow as "plush."
