I started taking it daily about 45 days ago and at first it didn't do anything. After reading up on it, I learned that it takes time to build up in your system and that's where I am now. In the gym, my stamina and recovery time have both improved significantly and that has allowed me to make some significant gains. I have also noticed an elevation in my mood, not sure if it's related to the supplement or my newfound energy, but either way this stuff has made a difference for me and I would recommend this product.

It seems like the pump last longer than without. I tried this for about a week I'm liking what I'm seeing. I wanted to wait a little longer to test this out long term before reviewing the product but I'm at the limit influenster allows. Only thing I dont like is the amount of pills you have to take.

However I didn't really notice any more pump than normal. Overall, it's decent if you want a light energy support, but don't expect any big pump increase. This could just be my body though. It's at a good price point so I would definitely try it out to see how it does for you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel conflicted about this supplement, I didn't really feel like I saw any change, while I have felt a difference from other Nugenix products I feel like this one wasn't it. I did feel some ocasional stomach discomfort after taking it at times, but nothing too bad. As for the promises of a better pump and increased stamina, I really feel like the stamina part is accurate, didn't feel an increased pump, but my results may be different than others.
