After using this for over a week I find myself a little more productive, more energy during the day. Joints feel fine I maybe can see a little less aches. Sometimes I found them a little difficult to swallow but they aren't too bad. I slept better while using this but in the mornings I was EXTRA tired, all in all I find it to be a good product, oh and my 'libido' I found to be a lil more heightened.

The capsules are easy to take, and I haven't noticed any bad taste or unpleasant aftertaste. The packaging feels premium, also the bottle is compact and easy to store, and I like that NMN is designed to support NAD+ levels and cellular energy. So far I'm enjoying it and looking forward to to continuing to use it!!!

After taking it regularly, I can't say anything concrete one way or another, good or bad. It had a truly neutral affect on me, which is honestly true of a lot of supplements, so I would not say that's typical of NMN. Just happens to not have had an impact on me. The good news is there were no side effects. It could have been helping me internally without me knowing it, and luckily nothing negative to say about my experience. They're pretty standard sized capsules. Not too big either in length or width. I'm not a fan of swallowing pills whole. These aren't as easy to take as a pain tablet, for instance, and they don't break down in the mouth with liquid like some do, but they were not too challenging to take. I'd recommend giving this a try for your overall energy and health, as I've heard a lot of positive feedback about it, just nothing concrete to contribute from my end.

Though it could just be placebo, I feel like it might've made a small difference in recovery/energy levels at the gym. It's hard saying anything for sure, as it might work much better for others.
