I've only had this ice maker a few days but it does an excellent job. Makes ice really quickly and the ice last in my cups basically all day . I love the small nugget ice that it produces. It's Easy to use . Very quiet when in operation. Ha

The ice is held in a front tray rather then the top- so it makes it difficult to scoop Ice out without spilling some. And the refil design is terrible. Why fill from the front rather than a top fill??? Also make loud grinding noises at times. The ice is quickly make and good crunch ice! Just wish it had a better design

Bought as a Mother's Day gift plugged it in and did everything as instructed in the users manual and only made ice for 1 to 2 hours then never made any more. Going to be taking it back to the store to get a refund

Only had ice machine for two weeks it is already making loud noise, running hot and not making full ice pebbles. Will be returning.

Never worked out of the box

Got it on Thursday and by Saturday it quit working. Very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. This ice maker didn't even make 1 full batch of ice %26 then it started making a loud noise %26 wouldn't make anymore. I turned it off for a while, turned it back on and it make maybe a quarter of a batch and stopped working again. Definitely returning. Do not buy!

broke after it made a bit of ice

Sometimes it works Sometime it doesn't When it's working it makes Ice very fast. However after it makes a batch it might not make Ice for several hours unless you rest it for a while and restart it 😉 The Photo was taken while it's resting

Just purchased. Lasted 1 day. Already not working. This was a replacement from my last ice maker. So disappointed. It's nice looking but started grinding not even 24 hours of use.
