Honestly it's the best nugget ice maker I've used. And I've been through every brand even Opal.

So far so good.. We have only been using it a week, so my initial review is, it's great. we will see in 3 months id there is no slime inside, like the others we've had.

Love it's easy to use

This icemaker is awesome. It makes plenty of ice. It does a self clean too. This was definitely a great purchase.

First day wouldn't make ice. Then it started to make ice. End of day one it was frozen and making a noise cause it was frozen. Defrosted with a hairdryer. Then it made some ice and wiloujd continue to clean itself. Reached out to the company and never received a response. RETURNED.

I just received this product a couple day ago. It's only made about 2 pounds a day 😡(it's supposed to be 26lbs/day). The ‘CLEAN' flashing almost every 2 hours. Even I tried to follow the troubleshooting guide, still it didn't work. I also contacted to support team, but no one contacted me back. I'm so sad and disappointed. It's cost $300 something 👎 . Not recommended this product.

Waited two weeks for it to come an when i plugged it in it cant work even tho u put water when the thing says to put water but it will already have! I want a refund after payin 300 ice that isnt making!

Started making a loud noise and quit making ice after having it for 3 months! Don't recommend to buy!!
