I used Ryan and Rose pacifiers with my first. But the little handle teether and the diameter of the pacifier were too big for my second. These pacifiers fit perfect around the mouth, don't hang off the chin area at all and they don't get caught on the swaddles when turning their head! Love them! Also, the upsize from 0-6 to 6-18 is a bit of a difference. However, my 4 mo old did not mind the change and he holds it in his mouth better once he is in a relaxed sleep.

False Advertising
My son loves the NUK brand pacifiers but this product is falsely advertised. I bought these because they said glow in the dark, but only ONE of them is glow in the dark...
