I've been using this set for a while now and it's been very convenient in the kitchen. The cream color looks modern and clean on the counter, and the whole set feels much more expensive than I expected for the price. The knives are sharp right out of the box and cut smoothly through vegetables, meat, bread, and fruit. I especially like the built-in sharpener because it helps keep the knives sharp without extra effort. The non-stick coating also makes cleaning easier and food doesn't stick as much while cutting. The handles feel comfortable to hold and the knives are lightweight but still sturdy. I've also washed them in the dishwasher several times with no issues so far. Overall, this is a really nice option for daily cooking if you want something stylish, practical, and affordable.

I think I like the knife block more than the knives. It's really a very nice set and I like the imbedded knife sharpener in the knife block. The knives are in fact sharp, so be careful. The cream color handles look very nice, easy to hold, no slip grip, and fit the knife block perfectly. Also the knife block does have the little no slip feet so it will sit nicely on your counter and not be wobbly nor sliding. Plus, there is no assembly. Takes about one or two minutes to insert the knives into the block. Worthy set.

I purchased this Nulas knife set. It looks fantastic sitting in the kitchen, and the design is truly stylish. The set consists of 14 pieces, featuring a variety of knife sizes—which is incredibly practical. It includes five steak knives—perfect, as there are five people in my family. There is also a large chef's knife for slicing vegetables and meat, and it is incredibly sharp. Additionally, there is a long serrated knife ideal for cutting bread. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of this Nulas knife set.

Very sharp, and they're nice and lightweight. They do a great job for their intended purpose of cutting and slicing, and make it easy work to prepare food items. They do seem to be of good quality and I could see them lasting for a lifetime. The block has a nice clean look, and the knives themselves appear to be modern and elegant. I say appear, as upon closer inspection, the handles do give off a cheaper vibe. One of mine came with a gouge in it, and the molding lines are a bit obvious for my liking. I do think the knives being labeled is a nice touch. It could definitely be helpful for a budding chef!

These are very esthetically pleasing. I love the way they look. I like that the sharpener is placed inside the block, it makes it really easy to use. Other knife sets I've had had the other kind of sharpener which was tricky to use. These aren't recommended for the dishwasher so washing by hand is something I'll have to remember to do.

the handles are hollow plastic. if you're looking for quality, dont buy these.
