[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well under our new rug, adds a little additional cushion and does a good job keeping the rug in place. First one arrived with a stain on it but they replaced it right away with a brand new one. Amazing customer service!
If I lived in a yurt, I would just use this pad as my go to floor covering because it's very substantial and nice. Also, it really adds a lot of padding under a rug too. Definitely worth it. Looking at the picture they sent, I wonder if I have mine wrong side down. One side is sort of wool and the other side is kind of rubbery. I felt like the rubbery side should sit on the hard wood floor so that the rug doesn't slip around. If they sent instructions on how to use the rug pad I didn't read them.
This rug pad that we bought along with our rug helps make the rug feel even softer when standing on it. It's helpful because we have a toddler who likes to jump around and land on it (sometimes on his knees or random body part) and we're at a point now where we are confident the rug pad is enough padding to allow him to be wild.
We absolutely loved the Mucia Eldorado rug! In fact we loved the beige 10 x 13 we bought for our living room so much that we bought an 8 x10 in blue for a bedroom. We recieved both rugs within only a few days after ordering. The only problem we had was when Fed X couldn't find our house. Rugs USA service contacted us and everything was rectified immediatly. Couldn't be more pleased with the rugs or the service. I am one happy camper!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rig was not my first choice but works very well despite that fact. I wanted a washable carpet in my kitchen area and Rugs had the solution. I had tried a “stain resistant “ carpet from another company and it just didn’t suit. I can instead throw this rug into a washer every once In awhile how great is that?
Thinner than I expected. Maybe it specified how thick it was and I just overlooked that part, but I was expecting a thicker rug pad. It doesn’t move or slide, it does a good job staying in place and keeping the rug in place. It’s technically the same size as the rug, but we still had to cut a little bit around the edges so it didn’t stick out. I feel like that always happens with rug pads though. But I’d buy a thicker one if I did it again.
The premium rug pad is very thin. One side is softer, which protects the floor and the other is roughed up a bit which helps it “stick” a bit to the rug. It lays flat and keeps the rug in place but doesn’t really offer any cushion if that’s what you’re going for…
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) In theory not bad. But very hard to put down and match up to the rug. Also very hard with one person. But didn't have a choice
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This rug pad was recommended and is 2” too big. Looks so stupid sticking out and now what do I do?
Lot cheaper quality than says. Says premium rug pad then manufacture label says basic rug pad it’s roughy 12” short both ends of the run and 2-3” short on the short direction don’t waste the money still slides all over the place really displeased it’s that short
