Really nice rug and can't believe how fast it came! Color is as pictured on rug and trim. Comes folded but folds fall out as do curled corners after you put books on them. Looks just like a rug I was eying at Ballard Designs. Smells like black tea and not chemicals out of the bag. Basket weave is even and no loose ends so far. Has a backing. Glad I made the purchase!

Chose this seagrass rug over the jute rug we previously had. I really like the size and design.. i also love the border. My only issue is… loose cut fibers that stick out and I have to push them into place, hopefully they do not unravel. Also our dining room chairs do not slide easily over the seagrass. I have to physically pick up the chair and move it into place. All in all, I price was right. Bought a matching runner for the area nin the kitchen. I used carpet stickers to hold down the edges and they work well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new rug. (9x12) I like that it arrived folded. That made it very easy to get the rug to lie flat. I discovered that using a steamer iron on the creases with a towel between the rug and iron, works great to speed up the flattening process. The only reason for a 4 star rating is that while the rug is square, the binding was slightly crooked against the weave. But it is not a problem because it went under my piano.

Great rug, nice and durable. If you are looking for something soft this is not the rug. Looks great, feels awful. There is a very strong straw smell but after a week the smell subsided.

Rug is def for outdoor use only… texture is super uncomfortable on bare feet! OUCH! Im hoping its not a trip hazard also, it was shipped rolled up and the ends are still sticking up 3 days later!

The material is at the tic it's not real jure. The design and textura is por quality cheap. I don't recomiend and too expensive

The rug is folded, not rolled. The creases will take an unusual amount of time to relax, and they won't all relax. I've ordered these before and had no problem. I recently replaced them so due to wear and tear and not only have the creases not relaxed, but the border of one entire side of a 10x12 is still flipped up. The price is great, but unless you have low expectations, don't waste the money.
