Great rug with a soft texture. The color is beautiful and really matched my wallpaper! Its my cats new favorite nap spot, so that should tell you something about how soft the fibers are!

Love my new rugs. The color is just what I wanted and they're very soft. They are a little thinner then I had hoped but I put rug pads under them and they are perfect.

I was expecting this shag rug to be more plush and dense like the photo. It's thin and somewhat sparse, though the shag is somewhat soft. For it to be labeled “luxe” shag, I was disappointed. I don't think I would purchase this rug again.

The rug is not very plush for a shag rug. It is about the same pile as a bathroom rug. I have debated about returning it. You can see through the rug where the pile is thin. The quality could be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sad to say this rug is horrible- it's not thick and lush it's thin and stringy -looked better in the photos - I waited to give review so not to be super angry - I spent hard earned money given to me by family members as a Xmas present so I could buy a rug for my room- which has no flooring at all except for particle board - there will be no next purchase

Advertised to be about 1inch thickness, but when it came it wasnt anywhere near 1inch thickness and each strand is so far apart it didn't feel like a rug at all

Rug looks cheap, but for the price I shouldn't have expected more. The under pad is a colored so bleeds through the white shag. If it were white or neutral underneath it wouldn't be as bad.
