nuLOOM Vasiliki Moroccan Shag Tasseled Area Rug, 3' x 5', Oval, Vasiliki Off-white

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are in LOVE with this rug!! It is one of the best purchases for our entire basement. It's exactly as pictured. It is so soft, warm and cozy. It doesn't shed, is easy to vacuum, and is so soft on your feet even without a rug pad. Don't question it, just buy it! You'll love it!

The rug is good quality and more plush than I had expected. I have a thick foam rug pad put under it and it is now everyone's favorite place to hang out. Wrestling, snuggling and homework all now happen on the floor—which was not the case with our previous rug (even with the foam pad). The rug laid flat after two days (I rolled it up rug-side facing out to diminish the folds it had upon delivery). And to my surprise, the tassels are thick and heavy enough to stay put in a straight line (something I was slightly worried might bug me if they didn't lay flat and orderly). All in all, this rug has made me, and my family quite delighted over a new soft surface to hang out on! Also, the color is perfect for our decor! Cream with dark grey accents!

After viewing hundreds of rugs on RugsUSA, I kept going back to the Moroccan Tasseled and am happy with the choice. I ordered a 9 x 12 and a 5 x 7 for the dining area. The rugs came very well packaged and had no 'odd' scent as some noted about their purchases. Un-packaging and laying the carpets out was easy. I placed the premium pad down, smoothed the rug out on top. The rugs are very soft and we have been enjoying them ever since! Nice, quality products and customer service. If you're on the fence -- take the plunge.

Love this rug! I like it so much we have it in our basement in the rec space and as a runner in the bar. Perfect amount of fluff. We did put a carpet pad under the one in the rec space to give it a little cushion and my kiddos love to lay on it.

I really did my research before selecting this rug, and I'm happy to report that I love it. It is soft, it does not shed, the colors are true to the photographs, and the style is great. The ivory shade is warm, but not yellow-y. The charcoal is not blue-y.

Love this rug and so do the kids and dog. Our Roomba goes over the tassels no problem too. So happy we bought this rug.

Cozy and stylish. Colors look cream and grey, which I wanted and read from the other reviews. I purchased the 10x10. I was unsure if it worked in my room but then turned it so the tassels were facing out of the main traffic path and it looked much neater. My toddler spilled a little juice on it and it seemed to bubble on the top for easy clean up.

I bought this rug after seeing it on an Instagram ad. After being left outside (on a screened in porch) for over two weeks, it STILL smells horrible. It continues to “off-gas” unlike anything I have ever bought. I do not recommend this rug, unless you like the smell of gasoline in your home.
