Although this is NOT the name-brand product described in the product listing, it is an excellent dupe and appears identical except for the branding. It has worked great so far (1 month in.) It does an excellent job with my short difficult to manage hair and lasts 3-4 groomings between charges.
I thought that I was buying a name brand Numoya Gobrush Pro from the Walmart website. However it seems that Walmart sells products through 3rd parties online. The item that was delivered is a non brand knock off from China. It was inexpensive %26 it works fine. It styles most of my straight, short %26 fine hair the way that I need it to. My issue with it is the false advertising because it was advertised as a name brand Numoya Gobrush Pro. If I had known that it was a non brand knock off from China of the Numoya Gobrush Pro I wouldn't have purchased it. If you want to purchase brand name items, be careful when purchasing items through the Walmart website. They allow 3rd party sellers to offer products on their website. Pay attention to the item details to make sure that you're buying the actual brand name product that you're paying for.
It does not get hot enough and the charge doesn't last but for one time and has to be plugged in every time
I did not get the Numoya brand even though this was the brand that I ordered. The brand I received was RoHs. After charging up it only lasts about 3 minutes. A complete waste of time and money
It has already quit working. I used it once! It won't hold a charge so it won't come on. Do not recommend.
It charges through a USB cord. I charged it for several hours and used it the next day. That was fine but then in a couple days later when I went to use it, it would not even turn on. I have charged it again since then and had the same result. I would like to return it.
First, this was not the brand Numoya - I received a knockoff brand rather than the Numoya brand I ordered. Second, There are only 3 temperature settings all of which do not heat hot enough. Third, the on/off/temperature button is in a really bad location. I kept hitting it while trying to use this heat brush which caused the temperature to reduce every time I tried to pull the brush through my hair. Fourth, waste of money, I threw it away. Fifth, lesson learned, if you want the name brand product, don't buy it from Walmart sight unseen.
It will not heat up! Instructions are not sufficient. I would like be it if it would HEAT. Size is good, but it is no use since it will not heat. Have no idea what is wrong but I feel I just wasted my $. It is perfect for my hair length, and handling but you have to have heat. Very disappointing.
I never received this item but was charged for it. The email from you stated that it was delivered with a picture. The picture was not my mailing address. The picture indicated it was put on the floor, not in a locker, in the Cambria parcel room of The Village Apartment Homes. Because it was put on the floor and not in a locker I am sure someone walked off with it. I did everything to get service but s of this writing have nothing and Walmart has my money!
This is not is not a Numoya Pro brush I'm unsure of the brand. It only heats to 200 and the temp is on the handle so when using you hit the heat control. Im returning.
