Good product for keto diet.

I've tried other brands (not that there are many), and this is easily my top choice. I slug 30g each morning (in 12oz of water and 10g of nooch) and this is the only brand that doesn't make me regret my life choices. I won't say it's pleasant tasting, but compared to the others I've tried, I'd easily the blue medal winner.

I learned that not all fibre is equal, despite the macronutrient information.I was previously using psyllium husk fibre for making my low-carb breads and it always required too much water and had a rubbery consistency.The switch to oat fibre massively improved the final product, so now I can make great replacements for loaves of bread, dinner rolls and pizza crusts!I chose NuNatural for the best price for the 5 pound bag compared to some of the less trustworthy looking vendors.I'll be back for more to be sure.

This is high-quality oat fiber. We use it for our Keto bread.

I use this product to mix with a zero-calorie soluble fiber for a complete fiber blend, which I use 2-3 times daily.I have been using this product for for over four years.

This is a very good tasting product and a good price. The texture and quality of the yeast is great and I am really enjoying it on so many different foods. It is a great source of B vitamins and I am thrilled that it is clean and has no added synthetic vitamins. This was not my first purchase and Will definitely buy this again!
