It's an excellent sugar substitute that I've even used it in some baked goods such as oat muffins and banana bread. But, it cannot be used in cakes because it is much sweeter than sugar, behaves differently in baking, and occupies much less volume.

This is very tasty and a great alternative ingredient to artificial sweeteners! It's high quality and doesn't have an after taste. I want to order a bigger sized container if they have it, this package is great for putting in your coffee, but not enough quantity for using as an ingredient in certain recipes. Monkfruit is a healthy option if you're on a diet

I had high hopes for this monk fruit and stevia sweetener, but it was very disappointing. The sweetness is extremely weak – I had to use three packets just to get a noticeable taste in one mug of coffee. It's not practical for daily use and doesn't deliver the level of sweetness you'd expect. Definitely not a product I'd recommend.
