I like the chair color but other than that??? Looks can be deceiving looks very fluffy but not so much! The seat is very hard hurts the backside due to lack of padding and it leans to far back at wrong angle and not comfortable when holding the baby! The only one who likes it is my cat!

Product is fine and looks as pictured. It's just uncomfortable and it's a bit shorter than I expected. It's cute my baby's nursery as far as looks go, it's just not comfortable to sit in.

This chair is beautiful but extremely loud when used. I bought this rocking chair for my baby's nursery and it creaks VERY loudly constantly, no matter which way I try rocking which prevents my baby from falling asleep and therefore makes the chair useless for the intended purpose. I had my husband take it apart and put it back together, tighten everything, loosen everything, but nothing fixes the insanely loud noises this chair makes when used. If we didnt already throw the packing away prior to testing it out, I would have returned it.

Did not receive my chair contacted distributor no response no refund nothing to help honestly disappointed and over it !
