Followed instructions, warmed in microwave for 34 seconds. Opened bag, combed my hair foward (I have medium length hair) and put the shampoo shower cap over my hair leaving my ears out. Made sure elastic was secured over my hair. Gently rubbed my head around all sides of the cap for 3 minutes. Took cap off and washed my comb in the cap. Dried my hair and comb with a hand towel. It worked fine. Just the right amount of moisture and shampoo. Best of all, no mess. Placed the used cap back in package and put it in the trash bag.

I was in an accident and broke my left leg and right shoulder. I was not able to walk or get in the shower. This hair washing cap is a life saver! Warm in microwave 20 seconds, put on head, use your fingers to wash your hair. There is no soap residue, need no rinse. I highly recommend this product!

I tried this on my mother-in-law for the first time. Her neck was in a brace and couldn't move it. Her hair had not been washed in 10 days. She has short hair so it fit. It was a little small if you had lots of hair, but it did the job and I would use it again. She was very happy

This works exceptionally well heat in microwave 15 seconds. Massage into scalp all over for about 3 to 5 minutes. Results clean shiny hair with a pretty smell.

i would recommend this product. It was exactly as described. i read the many reviews on this brand of this product. that is why i chose this brand. i have a back injury and have been unable to wash my hair. i have never used this type of product before. i put the cap on my head after heating in mircrowave. my husband was sure it was going to be a mess,dripping water excetra. not one drop leaked out. masaged the cap over and over again to make sure i covered every inch of my head. wish i had known about this product sooner. i purched 6. will be using frequently. took the cap off. hair was wet. combed my hair. amazing. no its not the same as shampooing in the shower. didnt exspect it would be. but it works great when your in pain and cant wash hair as usual.

pkg was leaking inside,... annoyingly messy, and so was a messy chore to put on head. I think the elastic edging wasn't sewn on cap well. Nonetheless, when I finally got it on and got hair wet, in a few min was able to massage thoroughly, but did so a few minutes longer than recommended, having used a similar product before and my hair is long and was def in need of shampoo. Dried hair with towel and drier in shorter time than usual and was pleased with outcome. Felt clean and it got rid of "wet dog" odor my hair tends to have when very dirty .. thank God .. lol. I'm on 3rd day after and hair still clean feeling and smelling nice. I would recommend "scrub" massaging hair like you do in shower (all over head) and for a couple of min longer than recommended time. Hair was a bit fly away, but easily smoothed down, and had good volume. A GREAT option when you don't have time to hit the shower but hair feels funky. Pretty inexpensive, too.

The shower cap was all wet on the outside and water was dripping from it , all over the counter and me. I could barely get it on with it being so wet. I poured water out of the package that it was in. I managed to get my hair shampooed but it wasn't very good as I couldn't leave it on very long cause of all the water dripping everywhere. There seems to be a lot of good reviews so I don't know if this was just a bad batch or what. I will be waiting to see what the company says.🤔

I tried to use one packet, it was full of liquid. Liquid was all over the outside of cap. I dried the outside of cap and tried to use it. Liquid was running down my face, into my eyes, and all over my body. The package warns not to get any in your eyes. I was very disappointed in this product.
