Use with Vitamin C %26 other bioflavonoids
I take diosmin-hesperidin in conjunction with vitamin C and other bioflavonoids to prevent nosebleeds, hemorrhoids, and groin issues, all of which were problems before I started. Guess I was getting scurvy, maybe?

Necessity
My Doctor added these to my daily vitamin intake several years ago for varicose veins, they won't make them disappear, but they will prevent them from worsening and from bulging.

Diosmin product
It helps minimize my overall pain. I was using Andrew Lessman's diosmin and that starts working before 7 days - as advertised. However, he includes horse chestnut and pine bark. After 2 years of using, my congestion was terrible and needed a switch. With this, I take 2 every morning. It helps with my wrist, leg and lower back pain and stiffness. I would recommend.
