After that it's kept me regular with once a day. The container is convenient to stick in the cabinet or leave on the counter. There's a lot in one container as well so it goes a long way for the price. There's taste is just ok , but there's no bad or odd aftertaste and it dissolves well.

There's a little bit too much sugar in this psyllium fiber. Other than that it doesn't have much of a taste. It is a little grainier than the other psylliums that add more fillers, dyes, chemicals, sugar so it doesn't dissolve as smoothly. Since I chug this down in 6oz of water or juice a couple of times a day it doesn't matter to me. It does the job and my doctor says psyllium in addition to cleaning out the “sludge” is great food for a positive gut biome bacteria/microbes.

It takes awhile to stir it completely into water, but once it's mixed in it creates a slushy/gel like texture, so it's pretty easy to drink. No chunks of dry fiber to worry about! I don't personally experience discomfort with this fiber like others in the past, so that's a plus for me! Easy to understand dosages & instructions. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
