i tried it to help with sleep. It didnt do much on its own, but when combined with GABA it gives a very restful sleep, however i feel very groggy the next day.

My trainer suggests to take 5-HTP along with Ashwagandha to manage my stress level. Can't tell if it works or not, but I suppose actively managing my dietary intake and stress levels will help eventually.

I tried it in combination with some other drugs when I was trying to lose fat (including keto, IF and exercise), but honestly I didn't notice any big difference.

Unfortunately these made me very unwell. Started as a headache then progressed to vomiting and diarrhoea. Tried for 2 nights, 1 day off inbetween, both nights I started manifesting symptoms shortly after taking it. Proceed with caution. I should have done more research before deciding to purchase.
