I work out six days a week, at age 68. I wanted to take essential amino acids to help with my protein synthesis. I absolutely love the combination of compounds in Alpha EAA. Alpha GPC, ashwagandha, and Taurine additions make this product amazing. With the very first dose I could feel the difference in the gym. I felt alert and ready to roll. I also like that I don't have to include theses additional supplements separately in my stack.

I was using amino kick. Sipping on it throughout my work day. Decided to cut down on caffeine and so I switched to Alpha EAA. I feel I have better energy and a clearer mind.

I use it throughout the day no problems with digestion. It is a very comfortable supplement to take. I enjoy the fact that all the amino acid blends are within this content package. I have had no adverse effects from taking the product. I love it.

I've tried and liked every flavor available. Dragonfruit is my favorite. I mix this up every morning with my unflavored creatine and collagen. My husband takes it as well. We will both continue to use it!

An excellent blend of amino acids with absolutely zero added fillers. Nutra Bio is one of the only supplement companies I've found that don't add silica to the products, It makes it a bit harder to mix but I would rather deal with that than the issues silicates can can have on my body and especially my bloodstream. The Blueberry Lemon is a nice blend. I usually combine it with Intra Blast for both workouts and just getting through a work day. I love both products.

My pre-workout drink is this, creatine, beta alanine, L-citrulline, and L-arginine, with Alpha EAA being the newest addition to that cocktail. Definitely took things a level up, both in the weight room and on the running trail. I start out with a ton of energy that sustains throughout the workout. Highly recommended. Only negative (and this doesn't bother me much, but your mileage may vary) is that it doesn't mix very well with water. You can shake it up, but there's still a lot of powder clusters on the surface. But whatever. Blend it with a smoothie and it's not a problem.
