My pre-workout drink is this, creatine, beta alanine, L-citrulline, and L-arginine, with Alpha EAA being the newest addition to that cocktail. Definitely took things a level up, both in the weight room and on the running trail. I start out with a ton of energy that sustains throughout the workout. Highly recommended. Only negative (and this doesn't bother me much, but your mileage may vary) is that it doesn't mix very well with water. You can shake it up, but there's still a lot of powder clusters on the surface. But whatever. Blend it with a smoothie and it's not a problem.
