I add this to my supplements when working out, and it is great for pumps. It seems to work well synergistically. I take it with citrulline, creatine, and other supplements, and it helps enhance my workouts. The only problem can arise if you take too much—it can cause low blood pressure due to its vasodilating properties (which is, of course, one of its purposes and why it causes a pump). One should be careful with the dosage, not to exaggerate, especially when combined with other pump-inducing products. So: follow the instructions on the label.

I've been using this every morning and it just helps get my day started. I usually work out before work and it's extremely helpful and effective. I find this to be the best I've ever used and will now make this a staple in my regiment. The more products I use from this brand the more I feel motivated to get my health in order. I've notice a slight improvement in my performance when taking this still observing its effects on me and so far so good. Looking forward to trying other products in the future.
