high quality bcaa for more protein synthesis in muscle cells... this producs is very effective for post workout with protein and carbs for fast recovery. or drink one scoop before or intra workout for more benefits for endurace.

I use these BCAAs before and during my workouts, but I cannot really drink it if I do one scoop to 0,5 l of water. The flavor is too strong for me (I am used to drinking unsweetened plain water), so I use one scoop to 0,75 l ratio. I still struggle to drink it during the workouts, it's harder to drink than water, but I think I'm slowly getting used to it. I appreciate the natural sweetners though, I think the quality is good.

Very mild taste and not sweet. I buy it for the fact that it doesn't contain artificial sweeteners. But I'd prefer it to be slightly sweeter with more natural flavours. There is no drying agent inside the container and I suspect moisture in the humid environment of south east Asia will cause lumping soon after a while.

Haha, I wish I had heeded the description about how bitter the unflavored tasted. Tastes horrible in a protein shake. Doesn't taste bad in like a shot of juice but it doesn't mix well at all. I should have gotten the capsules but thought if I mixed in my protein shake it would hide the bitterness. It did not. My bad!
