My neurologist suggested to take Copper for my neuropathy on both feet. Doctor is monitoring levels every 6 months. I started taking it in 5/2024.
Really loving these copper tablets. They are small and don't make me feel as nauseas than the copper sulphate does. Taking copper has had a positively profound impact on my life. Pretty much everyone is deficient in it and should be taking this miracle mineral to fix pretty much every problem. I pretty much no longer have symptoms of anything.
Albion Copper is an important cation found in many enzymes. They take an active part in iron metabolism, the formation of connective tissue, energy production at the cellular level, the production of melanin (the pigment responsible for skin and hair color) and the normal functioning of the nervous system. My hair became so dark color and now I have less gray hair! Can highly recommend for this albion form of ingredients!
It is a good moisturizer for all seasons. I use it especially during the winter. It is also suitable for sensitive skin and all ages. It is benefit for severe dryness. Its size is package for its price and great quality. Its texture is a little sticky, but it is good to mix with other creams
Nice, small sized capsules. Since taking copper along with vitamin A and magnesium, I haven't had one UTI. Copper is antifungal and antibacterial. I keep an eye on my blood levels and supplementation is working.
offer a convenient and effective way to supplement this essential mineral, supporting various bodily functions such as iron absorption and immune health. The vegetarian-friendly capsules are easy to swallow, making them suitable for those with dietary restrictions. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional to ensure the appropriate dosage for individual needs.
I take it every few days. I feel a smaller amt daily would be better for me. Im also uncertain whether I should continue taking zinc at same time. I read that zinc should be stopped but Ive always frlt zinc was helful until I came across a person who dod lots of research on copper. I will continue to experiment.
I've been taking NutraBio Copper Vitamin about 3-4 times a month, and while I can't comment on daily use, here's what I've experienced so far. The supplement is well-formulated with a balanced dose of copper, an essential trace mineral that supports various bodily functions. I appreciate that NutraBio is known for its transparency and high-quality ingredients, which gives me confidence in the product.
This product has no unnecessary additives and that is great, also it is TRAACS mineral. But if you read the label on the bottle it says that the product can expose you to harmful chemicals including lead that can cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. That is not very good . Unfortunately the dosage of 3mg is too high for me and almost every time I after taking this supplement I felt nausea . So I took the half of the pill and I had no negative effect on the stomach. Last time I drank full pill I had really bad nausea and I vomited so that is the last time I drank this. I suppose half of the dosage is okay for me. But my boyfriend had no negative effect on stomach or any nausea. He can drink whole pill without any problems.
I've been relying on these super enzymes for several years now, and they've been a game-changer for my digestive health. Unlike other products, they don't have an unpleasant odor or taste. Whenever
