I've just started using this. Just about 2 weeks in. I will update further after my next blood work.

I alternate 1 week of DHEA 100mg and then 3 weeks of DHEA 25. Just my personal way after doing some reading on the subject. I must say…wow. It was a subtle journey, but after two months I can definitely tell the difference. Mid 40's, so fill in the blanks with all that brings. This definitely is worth the money and consistency.
