I love that have good sips of it in-between sets help keep the muscles more relaxed and fueled. . . you get maximum from your muscles with each set. The workout is much smoother and and more powerful. Certainly recommend it with the Pre. . . work well together. My only issue is the New York Punch is gone. Hope you get that one back

Have been using NutraBio products for years. The Intra Blast is a great product to use while I am working out. Have found that it keeps me hydrated and energized throghout my workout. After completing my workouts I top it off with a Whey Protein Isolate drink. Have found all of their products to be clean and work as advertised

I've tried intra workout drinks from many of the bigger more expensive supplement companies and I can honestly say that Nutrabio's has been mine and my wallet's fave!!! Love both colada and the other flavor…. But maybe a new flavor will drop??!

Excellent addition to the water in your water bottle, to turn your workout into a dynamite event. Give it a try. Been using it for several years and am sold on it.

I use this for hydration and endurance while doing cardio. Works great. However what I'm most happy with is that the recovery after strength training is Def noticeable. Not as sore and I'm able to train hard and not feel beat down. Just a packed intra supplement that covers all the bases I use this and a scoop of creatine and I'm ready to go. Sip during workouts and cardio. All the ingredients are quality. Dragon fruit candy is my fav. Hope ya ll enjoy it too.

Taste delicious and I am so happy with the results. Excellent healthy alternative to prework outs that are loaded with caffeine. I've occasionally tried other “intra workout” products, but keep coming back to Intra Blast. When I read the ingredients in IntraBlast it amazes me all the ingredients that are packed into it. No other company has packed the punch and produced a superior product like this!!! You would have to buy 2-3 other products to equal everything in this one container, Thank You NutraBio!
