I used dread legs, but wasn't the workout. Instead, it was always the next day where my legs were so dead and so tired. I drive after the workout. The next day I feel great!!! Cherry limeade I like and will order again but the blueberry lemonade was shockingly disappointing, had to mix with some electrolyte powder to cancel out the taste. Also, I recommend letting it sit so it can dissolve in water for about 15-20 minutes.

This product is a GAME CHANGER!! I cant believe what a difference it makes honestly in my performance on leg day. Before taking this Id be gassed half way through my workout, this helps me push through the entire workout without getting really fatigued. Honestly, I cant imagine not taking it at this point!!! The peachy glutes flavor is literally 12/10. LOVE it so much!

I have been using Nutrabio supplements since 2012. I like to use leg day for my workouts of course, but I also take it when I am working. I work as a Instrumentation technician in a demanding factory. There are alot of temperature fluctuations, many stairs, from 150 towers to 8 story tanks. Never a dull moment at work. Really helps me get through the grueling workouts. The flavor is great! It's a bit on the sweet side from what I would like but at least it doesn't have the nasty aftertaste some do.
