This is my favorite magnesium blend because a few years ago, I had some serious neck discomfort after doing push-ups. I was drawn to the malate and glycinate combination and the fact that it uses Albion Minerals, which I know is a high-quality source. To my surprise, after just a couple of days of taking this supplement, the discomfort in my neck completely went away. It was a huge relief, not just physically, but for my peace of mind. Since then, I've recommended it to everyone. I've seen its effectiveness firsthand. If you're dealing with muscle tension or just looking for a high-quality magnesium, I can't recommend this one enough.

This has been my magnesium supplement of choice for quite some time now. I like that it contains the chelated form of magnesium (this form is more bio available and absorbable than other forms of magnesium) in actually two different types of magnesium. I definitely believe this has had an impact on keeping my magnesium levels where they need to be because I do not have cramping issues and I also sleep well. I think sometimes people underdose magnesium when taking it. I usually take six or seven capsules of this supplement per day spread out over three dosages during the day.

Best supplement for Mg out there. Saw the difference in my sleep and recovery without changing anything about my plan.

I have been taking a VS brand because of a big sale they had. I bought this for the Memorial Day sale and this is a great product and NutraBio never disappoints!

Alongside vit D3 and Omega 3, magnesium is an essential that I can't do without. On days I've forgotten it, my brain fog and fatigue don't lift at all - I try hard not to skip it. The capsules are a bit long, but narrow enough to swallow easily with some water, so I think it's a good size.

I take this at night to help me sleep and keep from having spasms in my legs

MAGNESIUM and CALM work for me; on off routine days, A walk relaxes and add CALM and MAGNESIUM it makes me feel that I am ready for what is next.

The formulation of these capsules are great BUT the strength is too weak for me. After trying these for a few weeks I went back to my original brand (not sold on iherb). I have trouble with knots in my shoulder blades and neck and the strength of these could not work to keep those knots at bay. My needs require 250mg strength capsules.
