Upon taking this new complex I could tell right away that my sleep cycle changed tremendously. I have tried others but this one made the efficiency of my sleep a whole lot better. This complex rates supreme and is my new go to supplement. Thank you for suck a great product!!

This is my favorite magnesium blend because a few years ago, I had some serious neck discomfort after doing push-ups. I thought it might be a muscle knot, and the ache was so strong that only anti-inflammatory meds seemed to help. I didn't want to rely on them, so I decided to try this magnesium. I was drawn to the malate and glycinate combination and the fact that it uses Albion Minerals, which I know is a high-quality source. To my surprise, after just a couple of days of taking this supplement, the discomfort in my neck completely went away. It was a huge relief, not just physically, but for my peace of mind. Since then, I've recommended it to everyone. I've seen its effectiveness firsthand. If you're dealing with muscle tension or just looking for a high-quality magnesium, I can't recommend this one enough.

I take this at night to help me sleep and keep from having spasms in my legs
MAGNESIUM and CALM work for me; on off routine days, A walk relaxes and add CALM and MAGNESIUM it makes me feel that I am ready for what is next.
I take one capsule in the morning and another before bed. I don't notice much during the day but I've noticed I sleep much longer/better when I take it before bed.
It's hard to honestly say that I felt a difference using this magnesium. I purchased this because I trust that NutraBio produces a good product. I've used NutraBio products for years and I trust them. I definitely recommend NutraBio.
