NAC is a great supplement to have for overall immune and liver health. There is a ton of research into NAC if you want to go down the scientific rabbit hole of health benefits. Liver and immune health are the main benefits that can be beneficial to anyone. It will smell of sulfur, that is normal. The taste of the powder is very bitter and I would not recommend taking NAC in a powder form. Take the NAC pill and don't punish your taste buds with the NAC powder.

I have been using Nutra Bio N A C for a couple of years. It immediately reduced any post nasal drip and mucus. It also sharpens my mind and gives my stamina. I take it every day and wouldn't be without it. I use the powder but the capsules are very convenient for traveling etc.

It was suggested. By my pulmonologist over 15 years ago for pulmonary fibrosis. Locally it was available only as a horrible tasting liquid that needed to be drawn up with a syringe & added to an ounce of cola to make it palatable. Another MD suggested a capsule available on the internet. 15 years later,I continue taking 3 capsules daily. I know many studies have been done with conflicting results. It has worked for me. Also, a capsule is much easier to tolerate.
