This has helped me a lot in my cutting phase. It has helped me sleep better but I also feel like it has kept my immune system good. In terms of my cutting phase I feel like it has helped lose some stubborn fat. One good plus is I had blood exams a month after taking this and my vit d results were much better than before I started taking them.

I just started using these because I've been more tired than usual. My labors came back in the normal range, but I've read that the optimal range is much higher. I'm hoping these with give me more energy. I haven't had any negative side effects with these.
