I've really noticed a difference in my overall digestive health since taking this charcoal. Heartburn is almost nonexistence now and digestive upset and pressure greatly reduced. I like that its vegan and non-GMO. I do feel it has helped me detox in general, as I don't crave salt and sugar like I use to before taking it. Have bought this many times.

These came at a great price, easy to take and come in veggie capsules, which I really appreciate. So practical to keep around in case of food poisoning (especially when traveling) or when you're experiencing any kind of digestive issues causing you to have gas. Great product!

Still trying out this product but I took it the other night and woke up and could smell that I was expelling toxins through the urine. Sorry if that is TMI but this product seems to be effective and does what charcoal is supposed to do, which is detox and expel heavy metals and mycotoxins from the body. Drink lots of (purified) water with it.

I love to eat pea soup, but it makes tremendous gas. So I take two charcoal capsules right before, eating and no gas! It works afterwards as well, if you start to feel bloated or gassy or even if you believe you might have food poisoning, the charcoal absorbs or neutralizes poison, gas, toxins, drugs, viruses, bacteria and fungus. It's awesome!

A long time ago a friend told me that activated charcoal was a great hangover helper (!) well I've used it for that ever since, but it's also great at absorbing toxins or anything else that may be affecting your health. The capsules are also high quality.

I purchased these to use as a cheap alternative to the charcoal teeth whitening powders that sell for around $50 a pop. Essentially these are exactly the same without the price tag. The capsules are easy to unscrew and empty onto a toothbrush. Can be a bit messy. Don't expect miracles, but after 5 days of use there was a noticeable difference in the colour of my teeth-more of a natural white than as if I had them professionally whitened.

So I took 2 caps after exposure to some dairy that left me feeling a little bloated. No joke I had awful diarrhea for 48 hours after. We were on vacation and it totally ruined those first two days. Terrified to ever use again for anything other than topical purposes.
