I have been taking enzymes for decades, so have tried many different kinds and brands. Have been taking these for about a week or two and really like them. I feel like they are the best compared to the other ones I was taking and are more effective. They recommend you take them before eating, but I forget so I end up taking them after eating, and they work awesome.
I have been taking these enzymes for only about ten days, and I truly believe they are making a big impact on my ability to properly digest food. I notice that I haven’t had an upset stomach in over a week. I really think this product is the reason behind that. Hoping the results keep up…I’ll update my review in a couple weeks if need be.
