fir the price these vitamins are great. i do feel a difference. i take them mostly for hit flashes and i believe they work great.

I take this adaptogen on days where I want to relax. This means it heals adrenal fatigue if taken long-term. I take the Rhodiola adaptogen instead if I need to focus and have more energy. I love these two supplements and take one or the other every day.

I’m very grateful for this product. It helps calm my mind relieves self-criticizing thoughts makes me feel less tension / pressure in my shoulders and neck. I’m not sure I understand how or why this works so well. I noticed a difference when taking pills everyday & when I forgot to take it a few days.
