Well, I took two last night and slept well for about 4 hours but after I went to the bathroom I fell asleep again so that is wonderful. And, I did not feel hung over this morning. I've been suffering with a cold so not sleeping well but this definitely worked. I've tried several natural sleep aids but this works best I believe.

With prescription sleeping meds not helping me and I've tried them all, I decided to try Dreamrite and so glad I did. I've used many natural sleep aids and usually get some amount of sleep but not always. I read the ingredients on this carefully and decided to try it. I have a cold right now and have not been sleeping well. Last night I took 2 of these and slept well for about 4 hours then woke up to go to the bathroom. BUT, I fell right back to sleep when I went back to bed which is very unusual for me. I would usually lie there an hour or two trying to get back to sleep. This morning I am not feeling groggy at all. I have a history of being very sensitive to prescription drugs so never take them. This product will, I believe, work well for me.
