Used multiple forms of melatonine, also multiple lozenges. This one for me is the best, small lozenge that slowly melt.

This is perfect. I really appreciate 1 mg for children that don't regularly get melatonin. Why expose them to more? These taste good and are very affordable. The thing is they are always out of stock!!! I've gotten notice they came back and ordered ASAP and got an email after my order that they weren't available. I am so sad. I want these back!!!!! I'm stuck either paying much more money or getting a higher dose.

These are potent enough for a jetlagged baby/toddler, and used with a three year old on the plane. Sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. I also allow my daughter to take one when she is anxious about falling asleep. It works like a charm, but might be just that.

Best (read- cheapest) Melatonin in the market. It works wonders for my 6 y-o son with ADHD who has trouble sleeping... I would add that 1mg seems too low of a dose for an adult. I tried once and it didn't seem to do work. But for children up to 8, I think it's very effective. Also the pills are small and chewable, which makes it kid-friendly. Just be careful not to leave it at children's reach (they might like it too much).
