This stuff is high quality and potent. I am an insomniac with severe anxiety. This melts all of that away. I couldn't believe how quickly it works to relax me. I'm new to nutramedix products but I like the quality. They have some interesting products and this chamomile is quite good. Pleased with purchase.

With "sleep aids," it's virtually impossible to tell if they work consistently. One night you sleep well and think you have found the "silver bullet," but the next night you sleep like you did before your new aid. This one seemed to work well, as I had good sleep in 6 of the 7 nights I used it. The other night, I woke up several times, so it was not "said bullet." One last thing is its overpowering taste being more towards the bitter side of the spectrum. It reminds me of concentrated herbal tea which is not terrible but also not something I want lingering in my mouth before I sleep. Overall, it's worth a try for sleep, but just know that it may give you the same results as all the other ones you've tried.

Didnt feel the calm and it was not a sleep aid fot us.

I suffer from insomnia and anxiety and when I read the positive reviews I thought I would try. first quality very poor with the amount of ETOH in the product. at first I felt my anxiety lessen which lasted for about an hour or until the ETOH wore off. I started with the 15 drops then after an 30 minutes tried another 15 drops. all I got was a headache but again with the ETOH this is understandable. threw in trash.
