I think it's works My stomach was not feeling good when I took it on empty stomach. I think it's better to take with meal. Good dosage. Taste - I don't like it. But it's fine. Good quality , clean ingredients The package was delivered quickly. I like the size of the product.

I bought these as I am taking an anti parasitic and its important to always takd a binder too. Before starting taking it I got a couple rashes on my skin from the anti parasite pills, after adding the binder it cleared and never came back. i take 1 a day outside meals and other pills, so it can fully work. I took extra dose as well when I had food poisoning. the capsules are smootb and easy to swollow.
